1. INTRODUCTION

1. These Registered User Terms govern the creation, maintenance and use of Registered User Accounts within the Big Save Ecosystem.
2. A Registered User Account enables a User to access certain products, services, functionality, programmes, transactions and features made available by Big Save through the Website, Big Save App and other Digital Channels.
3. These Registered User Terms form part of the Big Save Digital Governance Framework and must be read together with the documents referred to in clause 2.
4. By creating, activating or using a Registered User Account, a Registered User acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Registered User Terms.

2. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE DIGITAL GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORK

1. These Registered User Terms supplement the Big Save Digital Platform Terms and Conditions.
2. By registering for a Registered User Account, the Registered User acknowledges and agrees to the documents forming part of the Big Save Digital Governance Framework, including where applicable:
   1. the Big Save Digital Platform Terms and Conditions;
   2. the Big Save Privacy Notice;
   3. the Big Save Cookie Policy;
   4. the Big Save Loyalty and Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions;
   5. the Big Save Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale;
   6. the Big Save Delivery and Returns Policy; and
   7. the Big Save Digital Governance Definitions Library
   8. any other applicable terms, notices, policies or rules published by Big Save from time to time.
3. Where a conflict arises between these Registered User Terms and the Big Save Digital Platform Terms and Conditions, the Big Save Digital Platform Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT CREATION

1. A User may be required to create a Registered User Account in order to access certain functionality within the Big Save Ecosystem.
2. The Registered User warrants that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, complete and current.
3. The Registered User shall promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.
4. Big Save may verify registration information and may request additional information, documentation or authentication where reasonably required.
5. Big Save may accept, reject, suspend or terminate any registration application in accordance with the Big Save Digital Platform Terms and Conditions.
6. A Registered User Account is personal to the Registered User and may not be transferred, shared or assigned without Big Save’s prior written consent.

4. ACCOUNT SECURITY

1. The Registered User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of all login credentials, passwords, authentication methods and devices associated with the Registered User Account.
2. The Registered User shall immediately notify Big Save of any suspected unauthorised access, compromise or misuse of the Registered User Account.
3. Account security, authentication and fraud prevention measures shall be governed by the applicable provisions of the Big Save Digital Platform Terms and Conditions.

5. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE AND RECORDS

1. The Registered User acknowledges that electronic acceptance mechanisms, clickwrap acceptance, account activation, OTP verification, electronic signatures, authentication tools and similar digital processes may be utilised by Big Save.
2. Electronic acceptance obtained through such mechanisms shall constitute valid acceptance of applicable terms, notices, policies and consents to the extent permitted by Applicable Laws.
3. Big Save may maintain records relating to registrations, logins, authentications, consents, elections, transactions, preferences and other account activity.
4. Subject to Applicable Laws, such records may constitute prima facie proof of the relevant activity unless proven otherwise.

6. PREFERENCES, CONSENTS AND ELECTIONS

1. A Registered User may be afforded the opportunity to make certain communication preferences, participation elections, consent selections and account preferences during registration or thereafter.
2. Such elections may include:
   1. marketing communications;
   2. loyalty programme participation;
   3. promotional communications;
   4. personalised offers;
   5. customer engagement initiatives; and
   6. other products, services or functionality made available by Big Save from time to time.
3. Consent elections and communication preferences may be amended by the Registered User through the mechanisms made available by Big Save.
4. The Processing of Personal Information associated with such elections shall be governed by the Big Save Privacy Notice.

7. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

1. Big Save may suspend, restrict or terminate a Registered User Account in accordance with the Big Save Digital Platform Terms and Conditions.
2. A Registered User may request closure of a Registered User Account through the channels made available by Big Save.
3. Closure of a Registered User Account shall not affect rights, obligations, liabilities, transactions or records existing prior to such closure.

8. GENERAL

1. Liability, notices, dispute resolution, governing law and related legal matters shall be governed by the Big Save Digital Platform Terms and Conditions.
2. Capitalised terms used in these Registered User Terms shall bear the meanings assigned to them in the Big Save Digital Governance Definitions Library, unless the context indicates otherwise.
3. These Registered User Terms may be amended from time to time in accordance with the Big Save Digital Platform Terms and Conditions.
