This Heritage Day, we’re bringing braai back to South Africa — and we’re doing it in the biggest way possible.

How The Braai Works
(10:00 – 12:00)
We’ve designed 420 custom-built braai stations.
9 am: gates will open and braai’s will be started
10 am: all record breakers will be escorted to their braai stations
The braaiing will commence and will need to last for 5 full minutes in order to break the record
The Festival Experience
(12:00 – 20:00)
Once the record is set, it’s time to celebrate.

- Beer garden (18+ only)
- A wide variety of food trucks and drink vendors
- Family-friendly zones with chill areas and entertainment
